- 2 Photographs according to photo specifications
- Covering letter mentioning details of applicants
- Pan Card or Aadhaar Card Copy
- Income Tax / Form 16 for the last 3 years
- Original Bank statements for the last 6 months with sufficient balance
- Salary slips for the last 3 months – if employed
- Original Leave approval letter from company-on-company letterhead (If employed)
- Company registration proof e.g., Shop ACT, MOA,etc. – (If self-employed)
- If you are a Student – A bonafideletter / ID card and NOC letter from School/College.
- If Retired – Retirement Proof.
- Other Financial Documents like Fixed Deposits, PPF, NSC, Property Papers,etc.
- Hotel Bookings, Air Tickets / Itinerary
- Children under 18 must provide a notarized ‘no objection certificate’ from any non-accompanying parent authorizing their travel to Australia along with copies of the parent’spassports.
- Applicants over 75 years of age and any applicant requesting a stay of 12 months must provide evidence of Overseas Health Insurance.

- Recent photograph measuring 35 mm X 45 mm taken against a white background. (Both digital and hard copies of the photograph are required.)
- Bank statement of last 6 months with sufficient balance; updated and attested.
- Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for the last 3 years.
- Travel Itinerary explaining the entire trip.
- Leave sanctioned certificate, Last 3 months’ salary slip, Company Visiting card (If employed).
- Business Registration Proof, Company updated bank statement, Company IT returns of last 3 years, visiting card. (If self-employed)
- Invitation letter, Passport, or Resident Permit copy & address proof of Inviter. (If visiting family & friends)
- School/College ID card. (If student)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from a parent, ID proof of parents. (If minor traveling without parents)
- Pension statement. (If retired)
- Sponsorship letter, Sponsor ID proof, updated bank statement. (if sponsored)
- Invitation letter from the host company, Covering letter from an Indian company. (For Business visa)
- Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Share Certificates, Property Investments, any other Investments, etc. (Optional)
- Kindly note: Personal appearance is mandatory at the Visa Application Center (VAC) for the biometrics and document submission.
