By filling out the form and sharing your requirements via chat on our website, our expert team will contact you to customize your tour plan. After finalizing agreements, payments can be made online via bank transfer or (our secure payment gateway).
- Security Notice: Epicure Voyage employees or agents will never ask for sensitive card details (card number, CVV, net banking login, password, OTP, etc.), request transfers to personal accounts, or ask you to install third-party apps such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
- Epicure Voyage is not responsible for any losses incurred due to such actions.
- All communications regarding tours, travel services, and bookings must be addressed directly to Epicure Voyage.
Booking & Payments
- Contract: Your contract is confirmed only when Epicure Voyage acknowledges your booking and receives the deposit.
- Deposit: A minimum of 25% of the total cost must be paid to secure your booking.
- Balance Payment:
- Due 15 days prior to the commencement of services.
- Bookings made within 15 days of travel require full payment at the time of booking.
- Hotels, and resorts during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, etc.) require full payment at booking.

Note:
- Credit card payments incur a 3% bank charge over the total amount.
- All payments must be free of tax deductions. Any bank charges are borne by the payer.
Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days prior to arrival: 10% of tour/service cost retained
- 59–30 days prior to arrival: 20% retained
- 29 days or less / No Show: No refund
Additional Notes:
- A minimum 10% service charge applies to any cancellation after booking.
- Refunds for unused services will follow the above policy.
- Refunds take 2–4 weeks due to bank processing. Bank charges for refunds will be deducted from the amount.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-In: 12:00 – 15:00 hrs (early check-in subject to availability; guaranteed early check-in requires booking from the previous night).
- Check-Out: 10:00 – 12:00 hrs (late check-out subject to availability and additional payment).
Transportation
- Extra usage of vehicles beyond the agreed itinerary is not permitted unless specified in advance.
Liabilities & Limitations
- Government hikes in monument/museum fees, taxes, fuel, or guide charges after booking will be charged extra.
- Rates are based on agreements with hotels/airlines, which may change without prior notice.
- Epicure Voyage acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors. Their terms and conditions apply.
- Itineraries are model schedules and may change due to weather, road conditions, or participant ability.
- Epicure Voyage reserves the right to modify itineraries, transportation, or hotels for safety and comfort without prior notice.
Responsibility Exclusions
Epicure Voyage is not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by:
- Natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdowns, transport issues, sickness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, floods, fires, government actions, wars, riots, theft, epidemics, quarantines, or other circumstances beyond control.
- Loss of belongings, injuries, or damages due to negligence of third-party service providers (transport companies, hotels, etc.).
- Use of sporting equipment (bicycles, boats, scuba gear, etc.) is at the client’s own risk.
- Epicure Voyage does not provide insurance. Travelers must arrange their own coverage in their home country.
Rights & Jurisdiction
- Epicure Voyage reserves the right to cancel services if deemed unfeasible, refunding only the value of services canceled.
- Epicure Voyage may refuse service to any individual at its discretion without explanation.
- All disputes are subject to Delhi, India jurisdiction and governed by the laws of India.
Special Note
Epicure Voyage is not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, or bad weather.
Trips may be rescheduled to new dates, but cancellations of flights or train tickets will follow the respective carrier’s terms and conditions
In case of natural disasters or pandemics, bookings are non-refundable.
